Sudha is internationally certified in Instructional Design, Train The Trainer by Dale Carnegie, and psychometric evaluation through MBTI. She is also an NLP practitioner, counselor, and life coach.
As an NLP Practitioner and Certified Associate Coach, she combines her strong functional background with extensive experience.
With a strong background in behavioral sciences and corporate communication, she facilitates people from different cultural backgrounds in understanding the needs of an organization, communicating effectively, and evolving in the areas of emotional and social intelligence skills.
She has used MBTI tools extensively for psychometric evaluation, helping candidates understand personality types and what drives an individual. She has further used the evaluation to help candidates work on personality development and achieve their goals.
Sudha is very passionate about counseling young adults and helping them understand corporate culture. She takes a holistic view of training and believes the success of new hires in the corporate world is very important in nation building.
